Credit Card Security
All bookings made through this site are secure. Credit card details are only taken to guarantee any reservation. Credit cards will only be debited in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation (see below).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be in writing by email, fax or mail. Early checkout of a booked reservation will result in the full stay being charged at the discretion of the management.
Travel Agents
Online special offers do not apply to Travel Agents or Tour Operators.
Hotel Policies
Check In / Check Out
· You may check in from 12:00 hours onwards.
· You must check out by 11:00 hours.
Cancellations
· Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.
· In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
